El presente documento expone la utilización de la literatura como una herramienta para la enseñanza de los derechos humanos a nivel de pregrado. A partir del texto “La Inmortalidad” de Milan Kundera, se pretende que los alumnos cuestionen la problemática del discurso de los derechos humanos como uno de los desafíos más importantes en las discusiones actuales en materia de derechos fundamentales.Références
