¿Qué son los derechos humanos?
Abstract
This paper reflects upon the theoretical basis laying underneath the concept of “Human Rights”. It starts with a dialogue between the theoretical contributions of various authors who intend to respond the three questions comprising such complex definition: why do these rights exist?, what are they for?, and who are they conceived for? Afterwards, a definition of the concept Human Rights is presented, based on the dignity of an individual as the basis of its foundation.
