Abstract
Nowadays the human right to identity of the child conceived through assisted reproduction and its exercise are challenges in the field of Human Rights discourse, from different perspectives. In this context, global bioethics emerge as a viable alternative to question the relationship that exists among science, business, and Human Rights.
