Abstract

This document shows the use of Literature as a tool for teaching human rights in the undergraduate level. With basis on the novel “Immortality”, by Milan Kundera, it is intended that students question the problem related to human rights discourse as one of the most important challenges in current discussions regarding fundamental rights.
