The blindness to Principles.

Abstract

The vocation of the whole human person is to participate properly in the world of values. However, in different ways, many times we can become "blind" to values, thus conditioning the realization of our vocation. So, in this article, I intend to analyze the different types of blindness to values, as well as how we should behave in order to avoid them or to acquire the ‘vision’ for them. For this, I will use Dietrich von Hildebrand’s Thought, relating it to other authors, such as Max Scheler and Nicolai Hartmann.
