Integral formation of young people, from ancient times, has been the objective of education. The Greeks aimed their educational efforts to the human being as a unity. Today university education tends to center on technical training and it is important to go back to the notion of integral formation to facilitate learners to develop all their potentialities. The integral humanistic instruction of university faculty is necessary for the quality of education.
